Blackburn College 2018

Blackburn College is planning capital improvements to finance a Two Mega Watt solar photovoltaic ground system, and improvements of their athletic facilities and Jewell Hall. The total amount of the bond will be $4,000,000.

Blackburn Solar 2014

Blackburn College is planning capital improvements and refunding of an existing bond in the total amount of $5,000,000. The College did a $3,800,0000 bond through the Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) not for profit pool. The  capital expenditure include rehabilitation and equipment costs.

Community Health Improvements 2014

The Community Health Improvement Center (CHIC) is planning the construction of a new 29,125 square foot facility in Wabash Crossing in Decatur, Illinois. The new facility will house 60 exam rooms, space for behavioral health services, group counseling sessions, dietetic offices, procedure rooms, social service / health education rooms, a laboratory, a radiology area, large reception area wit play room, a large business office, a billing and accounting room, a nurse triage room, four provider offices, four nursing stations, a conference room, a staff break room and six administrative offices.

At full capacity, the new site will serve an estimated 20,000 patients through 54,000 visits. The total project is $5.5 million and will create and retain 78 jobs. 

Huntington Ridge 2013

Dominium Companies, a Minnesota developer, is planning to purchase the Huntington Ridge Apartment Complex in Springfield, Illinois and rehabilitate 96 units for affordable housing. The complex was built in 1996 and has completed their 15-year tax credit compliance period. They plan to invest approximately $17,0000 – $20,000 per unit which will include upgrades of the parking lot, landscape, appliances, flooring, lighting fixtures, cabinets, plumbing counter tops and bathroom upgrades. The total project is $9.3 million and will create and retain 37 FTE jobs.
